Day of Coordinator 

For the couple that wants to take care of the complete planning process on their own, but doesn't want to burden friends or family with the management and chaos of all of the little details on their big day.
Package includes:

  • meeting two weeks prior to discuss final details and instructions

  • vendor management during final two weeks

  • venue walkthrough

  • 1 hour rehearsal assistance

  • up to 10 hours of day of event management

    starting at $550

Month of Coordinator

For the couple who has booked all the major vendors and has a solid vision for their day but wants to hand off execution during the final month.
Package includes:

  • everything from the day of coordinator package

  • vendor management during the final month

  • timeline assistance

  • decor review prior to event day to review placement, setup needs and requirements

  • assistance with space planning and seating chart

    starting at $1250

A La Carte 

No coordination package necessary 
Options includes:

  • custom signage design

  • guest list management

  • printed items including programs, place cards, etc

  • vendor sourcing

  • event consultation

    $50 per hour
